Shipping & delivery


●台灣(含離島)

  可選擇超商取貨、超商貨到付款或黑貓宅配。
  訂單完成後,超商取貨約需3-4天到貨(不包含周六、日、國定假日),黑貓宅配約需1-2天(不含周六、日、國定假日)。

  消費滿4,500免運。

 

DOMESTIC

  - Home delivery: 1-2 Business Days

  - Registered POST: 1-2 Business Days

  - 7-11/FamilyMart pickup: 3-4 Business Days
  - In-store pickup

INTERNATIONAL

 We send all the international orders via Chunghwa POST standard shipping. A tracking service is available.

Expected delivery: 7-14 Business Days (may vary depending on the country in which you reside)

Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase during this time. Please be aware that there may be further delays in transit due to Covid-19.

 For worldwide delivery costs, please use the shipping calculator on the checkout page to find out the cost of postage to your country.

 For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. If an order is refused and returned to Fujin Tree 355, the return fees and unpaid tax and duties will be taken out of the refund.

 

 

 

運送狀態查詢

  當訂單出貨後,您將收到已出貨通知信件。可於訂單中訂單備註連結查詢貨件配送狀況。

 

ORDER TRACKING

 Once your purchase has been completed, an order notification email will be sent to the address on file. This e-mail includes your order number and verification code. Please follow the instruction in the email to track your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment notification e-mail, after receiving this email, you can find the tracking number updated to your order information page.

1. 訂購成功後,您將收到訂購通知信,可依信件中的方式查詢訂單。

2. 如有任何修改或異動訂單的需求,請來信至客服信箱:fjt-freitag@fujintree355.com。

3. 退、換貨請於收到產品七日內做出退貨申請,可通過客服信箱申請退、換貨。請保留發票、收據及完整產品,退貨運費由客人負擔

 

-產品特性

1. 顏色選擇。 

-網站上僅顯示部分產品配色及款式,有興趣查看所有款式可以上FREITAG.CH瑞士官網確認款式及尺寸(瑞士官網上的配色僅能透過官網購買)。

-門市擁有更多及更完整的包袋款式及配色,歡迎透過FACEBOOK或INSTAGRAM詢問,我們將提供現場照片給您做挑選。

-詢問時請提供款式名稱及想尋找的配色 EX. F52 MIAMI VICE,想看藍色的配色,由於庫存較多較難全數拍攝,敬請見諒。

 

2. 進貨 

-一個月一次。 

-門市配色無法向國外訂購,瑞士採隨機出貨。 

 

3. 氣味

-包袋本身氣味不會消散,購買前請注意。

 

4. 清潔請閱售後服務。

-請至FREITAG.CH瑞士官網註冊帳戶(此為瑞士FREITAG官方網站,修改及規則由FREITAG修改及協助)

-進入網址開始註冊你的包袋 Check the link and start to register your bag

 

-關於維修 REPAIR SERVICE

1. 車縫線、拉鍊及魔鬼氈享有保固維修(期限取決上述註冊及保留收據方式)。超過保過則需負擔維修費用1,000元

2. 布面破損 Retarp service則沒有保固,需負擔維修費用2,000元

3. 維修前可先寄信或訊息FACEBOOK或INSTAGRAM詢問,維修地點為台北富錦店

4. 確認收件後維修人員會通知所需時程及取件,維修時程需視現場案件數量預估

5. 維修僅提供簡單清潔,並無洗包服務。維修前請確認個人物品及簡單整理後送至門市

 

-日常保養 BAG CARE

1. 使用肥皂及清水搭配軟布擦拭即可,請勿使用強力清潔用品以免產品脫色或腐蝕
